[Help] How to fix Tunze ATO pump? Can I somehow hook a new pump to the controller?

So my ATO pump is not working and I just noticed it. I've topped the tank off, but I urgently need to fix this as I'm having surgery in 24 hrs and I have to leave the tank alone for 3 days. 3 days is the soonest I can have someone come check on it for me or I wouldn't be as worried. This is the ATO I own and I'm currently trying to find out if I can run to Petco and purchase a small pump today to plug into the controller. It's definitely the pump since the controller still triggers it, it just makes an awful noise. Any ideas?? Also, does anyone have experience with Tunze support? The system is only 2-3 months old so I'm pretty upset it's not working already
