I know Florida has the lion fish problem but how many non native fish do you think actually end up in Florida saltwater. I recently just seen a video of someone randomly pointing out a purple tang and it was definitely in Florida.

I wish I could find this video but this guy was walking along the bank and clearly pointed out a purple tang. It made me wonder since Florida definitely has invasive freshwater fish.

Maybe but not all invasive species wreak havoc on natural resources. Would be cool to see clown fish in Florida waters and say schools of yellow tangs lol

I can imagine that some of the fish in the saltwater trade end up in the Florida waters. Also got me thinking would it necessarily be a bad thing? The blue tang is already in Florida what would be the harm in another tang
