Please help me help my clownfish!

My clownfish's mouth has been swollen for 3 days. The pet store recommended Microbe Lift Artemiss, but I can't catch him to place him in the quarantine tank. My tank consists of mostly coral and I'm worried the treatment will affect them? Is the treatment safe to use, or should I go another route?
