I'm tired. I was woken up last night from the pain in my back and shoulders.
I stretch nightly, get massages, bio freeze on the painful spots, I workout/strength train, have lost 20lbs and going. Just tired.
I reached out to a surgeon here to schedule a consultation. They thankfully take my insurance and are familiar with what their expectations are.
Downsides is the consultation isn't until March and while it wasn't a requirement, I don't have a pcp who's documented everything (I scheduled a visit with one to just cover my bases).
Upside, by the time I have my consultation, my deductible will have been met.
Has anyone else gone through this process backwards like I am?
Were there any set backs?
