How did your posture improve after reduction?

As I count down to my reduction, one thing I am curious about, is how drastic the change in posture was for you guys. I have developed a dowagers hump/Buffalo that has started to hurt daily. For those of you who have had y’all’s reductions how long did it take for the neck pain to go away? Also for those with a noticeable hump, did that go away? And if so when did you notice?
