upcoming lift and reduction - perkiness??

hi all! my lift and reduction is scheduled for 11/18 - excited! as i'm going through photos, i'm growing worried that "perky" is not something that can be achieved without an implant. has anyone had a lift and reduction (with no implant) and would describe their results as "perky?" pics welcome - i could use some visuals!
