Two days post-op, feel faint whenever my boobs aren't covered

I was hoping to go from a 34DD to 34B or 34C. I'm hoping it's just the swelling, but they look really big still. When my surgeon took the bandages off yesterday, I started to feel a bit nauseous. Today, I tried taking a shower and almost passed out. I started to lose my hearing and there was a really loud ringing in my ears. I don't know if it's the sight of them or not having them bound up so tightly, or maybe it's the stitches or that it still smells a bit weird. Anyone else have this type of experience?
