I had a reduction at 19 and went from a 32H to a 32C. Over the interim 26 years, I had a kid, put on 55lbs, and lost 45lbs, in that order. With the weight gain, I'm now up to a 32DD, but at least a cup size is located under my arms. I don't have a flap. My breasts just gradually merge into my arm pits. I hate it! I've been considering a lift to try to correct it, but as I was perusing this thread, I saw multiple mentions of side lippo. I'm holding up well against gravity (while standing - less so laying down.) I think side lippo and maybe a small implant to replace the fullness I've lost at the top might be a better option. I'll of course discuss this with a doctor once I'm ready for a consult, but I'm curious about others' experiences.
Has anyone done side lippo separate from the reduction? Or a lift? Or implants? If so, how bad was recovery? How much did it cost? (I'm sure it will be 100% out of pocket.)
Thanks in advance for sharing!
