how to deal with body odor post op

Post Body

im almost 2 weeks post op and a big struggle of mine is body odor. i’ve only showered once (gross i know) but it’s because i only got my drains removed 3 days ago and i was only in the clear to shower 24 hours after drain removal. my surgeon said to avoid washing my armpits but obviously from not being able to shower they stink and i’m not allowed to use soap or deodorant on them let alone shave them. is there anything i can do to get rid of the smell? maybe baby wipes? idk it’s just embarrassing to go to doctor appointments smelling so bad
