when will car rides be painless?

i know this is an odd question but definitely one im dying to know. im 12dpo and car rides hurt so bad i limit them but i need to go to doctors and surgeon appointments so i don’t have a choice. i live in toronto we have terrible roads full of bumps and pot holes. even the smallest bump hurts. when will i be able to sit in the car pain free like i did pre op lol?
