i plan on losing quit a bit of weight in the near future, i am 10dpo. im wondering if this weight loss (about 40-50 pounds i plan to lose) will ruin my breast reduction. will this cause significant sagging and result in me needing a second reduction? would losing the weight extremely slowly prevent sagging? will a diet affect my healing? or will my body just catch up to my breasts? for reference i was a 38DDD and am now around a C.
