Give me your SPF face and body moisturizer recommendations

I need recommendations for a daily face moisturizer but also a body cream with an SPF. I probably should have looked into this sooner, but I have a questionable mole I’m going to get checked out at the end of the month and want to protect myself better going forward.
I need something that I can use every day that will adequately moisturize my skin but also isn’t greasy or super thick.
