First time biker and fell on my first ride

Got my first road bike. Its been years since I road a bike and tried to go from Makati to BGC. 10 minutes in, I felt my bike wobbling. Not sure if it was me or the bike.

There was a parked car on my right side, I tried to pass by it but fell to on the drivers side and somehow miscalculated my turn.

When I tried to stand up the passersby pointed out that my wheel fell.

Not exactly sure what happened if it really was my fault or my wheel was loose when I started riding.

I need help tips and advices from you guys! What to do and what not to do as a city biker.
