Hi guys!

It's been a while since we've had any kind of update here. /u/PigeonFace had some RL problems and that's what cut Season 1 up and unfortunately left it unfinished!

With that in mind, I'm looking at the possibility of taking this on myself and starting Season 2 of the RNHL!

This will obviously take time and effort to set up in the sense that I need to create everybody in my version of the game in order to work it in the same way as Season 1 started.

With that in mind, I'll be running a draft lottery over the course of the weekend. This will determine the order of teams that players will be drafted too. I'll also do a similar thing to create an order for players to be drafted and I'll post all of this in the sub!

If you guys are happy to maintain your current team then let me know. If you want to be traded I can do this as part of the draft day activities! Trades will be made between RNHL players exclusively i.e I won't trade you from Florida to Pittsburgh in exchange for Crosby etc!

If you can post a comment below with your reddit username, height, weight, stick handedness, skater position (no Goalies), the team you played with in Season 1 if applicable, trade status or if you're new to the league and need to be drafted.

I'm hopeful this can run to the end of this season and I'll aim to be have more than one simulation a day to make it run faster!

EDIT 4: CAN'T BELIEVE HOW WELL THIS HAS TAKEN OFF! 4 ROUNDS OF DRAFTING NOW!

EDIT 5: GUYS, I'M GOING TO LIMIT THIS TO 120 ROOKIES I.E. 4 ROUNDS OF DRAFTS! THAT'S A LOT OF PLAYERS TO CREATE IN GAME AND TO KEEP ON TOP OF THROUGHOUT A SEASON, AS WELL AS THE FEW EXISTING GUYS THAT HAVE COMMITTED TO RETURNING! ONCE I HIT 120 ROOKIES THAT WILL BE THE END OF DRAFT REGISTRATION! CURRENTLY AT 108 19:00 UK TIME!

EDIT 6: REGISTRATION CLOSED! I'LL GET THE DRAFT DONE PROBABLY TOMORROW! 129 ROOKIES!

EDIT 7: FINAL COUNT WAS 128. TURNS OUT I COULDN'T COUNT! THE DRAFT HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND I'LL BE ANNOUNCING IT LATER!
