Elmer's glue

I've seen people using watered-down Elmer's glue for a peel-off base/subbase coat, but I wonder what the ratios would be if you added powdered charcoal and/or glitter to water & glue, to get a peel-off only-coat looking good for flat black or sparkle. Cheap AF & non-toxic.
Or how would Elmer's glitter glue look on nails without any preparation other than alcohol swab?
