What is this type of finish/effect called?

This is a screenshot of Nevermore: Raven by MN indie polish and Mooncat - a midsummers dream.

I am seeing more and more nails with this look and I would love to find out what this nail polish finish is ‘officially’ called.

The website I took the pics from (rainbow connection), categorises it as creme shimmer/ ghost shimmer but when I search for those words I don’t find many like this. Most are too opaque or too ‘shimmery’ rather than ‘chromey’ looking.

I would love to find one with grey/pink with this effect, but if you have any other with this look, please post below!
