If women (not all) are unable to orgasm from penetration alone, then how come length/girth seem to matter?

Of course there are others ways to satisfy a woman whether that be oral, fingering, toys and etc.
If you’re a woman that is able to orgasm from penetration alone, it would make sense that ‘you’ would be considered a size queen. On the other hand, that would also make sense.
