Anyone have experience with being watched?

So this coming Friday night my (34M) wife (50F)'s best friend (44F) is coming over to watch us have sex. After a bit of talking and asking around on Reddit I'm keen for it and definitely looking forward to it but I also know there's probably going to be a bunch of stuff in everyone's heads or otherwise going down in the room when it actually happens so those with experience with this what advice do you have for me?
