Unbranded Red Wing?

Found some boots that are identical in every way to some pecos. They’re brand new but nowhere is there a red wing logo, or an embossing that says “pecos” on the pull tab, and the sole is not vibram or red wing, but a Goodyear Chemigum sole with matching heel. Maybe something made for marketing overseas?
