We got fucked pretty hard last round.

We lost an important territory with our medium guns, largely due to mod error(?), and we couldn't have afforded those guns this turn anyway due to our unexplained money-loss (again.)

We could try to re-cap N. Queens, but it would take two turns, and we have no guns. We could take Bronx because it's untagged, but it will be hard to hold it for long without the income/guns in N. Queens.

We could defend, hopefully get $200 this turn, then buy big guns and untag N. Queens in round 12, then re-cap it in 13, but it would still leave us gun-less during round 13.
