Actually ... we can afford guns finally. Not in the long term, but for today at least.
We could take ellis island. With everyone. We want to make sure that the cops aren't just defending there, we want them to be out there busting other teams. If they're just defending that territory, then they're basically allied with green. Can't have that.
Hopefully having big guns kills some folks also, I'm tired of being the smallest team.
