missions are gone

the story missions are completely gone, but it still says im only like 72% done with the story, ive tried lowering my honor and raising it once more but it wont work, i restarted the game, didnt work, deleted it and reinstalled, didnt work, someone also said to replay the most recent mission but that didnt work either. If someone knows how to fix this please help me
