I too, was hit with the Ugly. They even changed my eyebrows!

Yeah, another one... Wanted to share mine too.

In beta I remade my character once I got MVP 3 times (around Rank 10 or so) but she too was hideous. I gave up and eagerly awaited the Summer Update because I wasn't restarting my character again. I made my character amazing on 1.11, FINALLY I was pleased, then almost a week later I got the Ugly with Update 1.12. They even reverted my eyebrows back to the first style I chose!

I purposefully gave my character a longer narrow face as it's a trait I carry with my condition so to see a squared off jaw after 1.12 is infuriating. Thankfully I didn't spend any gold, I used my first time freebie. I do have 2 free vouchers from the Outlaw Pass but hesitant to use them in fear of them surprise-reverting or effing up our faces more...
