Red dead online not loading on pc

So I use the setup media exploit to give me and a few buddies a solo server. But now online isn't loading in at all? Each time I try launching the game it just crashes on me. Story mode works perfectly fine but online isn't loading. I tried deleting the file fully and reverifying the game on steam. But nothing is working.
