Please help, modders are running me out daily!

I'm having daily problems with modders in RDO on PC and came across some discussions about using a hotkey script to temporally suspend the application. I'm very interested in this method but cannot find any information on how to go about building this hotkey. I use Razor Synapse and I am familiar with building/using macros, but I am unfamiliar with autohotkeys and hotkeys so any direction or additional help/advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
