I have been working in my current position for over a year and half, today I was asked whether I would like to move over to specialise in a different industry mainly focusing on perms. I really like my team however at the moment it is a little slow. I have until Friday to decide what to do. I wanted to see what everyone elses opinion is ?
It won't come with any salary increase for the time being or changes, it does mean I won't work on call anymore and I would deal with a higher calibre of candidates.
