I am a seasoned executive with a diverse leadership skillset and breadth of experience in retailing industry experience,(18 yrs), consultative sales and business development of sales marketing and technical services (15yrs) across services, During the pandemic, I was laid off. I wanted to do something in healthcare and give back a little, so I went back to school and earned an MHA and DHA (doctorate). I do have healthcare industry experience but thought, leadership, and learning the trends, policies, and issues would help me find a role in healthcare. I have applied to many non-clinical or administrative roles at the specialist or manager level. Sadly, I have no bites...none..zip...crickets...I even offered to work for free for 90 days . My question is should I leave my healthcare-related degrees off my resume when applying to Non-healthcare jobs ? Any advice is welcome..I try to tailor my resumes....Healthcare recruiters don't seem to be interested in me ...FTI...im 63 yrs old, look younger, strong work ethic and drive, and I want to work and contribute....in the past have made $200-300K annually and would work really cheap in Healthcare.....respectfully ...HELP
