I'm tired of the solo queue experience and would like to find 4 others that can play at least 5 times a week for at least 2 hours in the evening. We will use that time to practice in custom maps, running drills and learning team tactics. I want teammates who are willing to do research and learn how to be more effective as a team and bring those ideas and strategies to nightly practice. Prefer people 18 , but I can make an exception if you can be mature and work with the team. I intend to take this seriously, so once we have enough people we will settle on a schedule and stick to it. I want people that will treat this as a real team with the goal of improving as a team and individuals. Eventually, I would like to play 3rd party mm sites and enter in online tournaments.
