pain out capules

so the only experiences ive had with kratom is with the pain out capsules which ive used plenty of times and the liquid extract shot like twice. both make me sick af almost every time but can be kinda enjoyable at moments. wondering the quality of the kratom and brands is a big part of what causes my nausea and if i got some good quality shit it wouldnt be as bad. or am i jus fucked and kratom just isnt for me
