Where do you find a group?

Is there a 'Looking for Group' place?
Usually when I'm playing Quest or Jumbotron, it ends up being with randoms. That's a very... mixed experience.
Sometimes it's great playing with randoms. Everyone communicates well. We use teamwork. We have fun.
Sometimes you get an arrow/laser to the back of the head repeatedly when there are no enemies in your direction. Sometimes it's someone shouting. Sometimes they just quit mid-game without warning.
I've had limited success in asking around the lobby/lounge.
