Cv1 Sampler Issue: ( Nothing will play, just no sound ;-;)

I got a cv1 logo song about 2 years ago and when I used it today it doesn’t play. I noticed a difference between another one I used and it was a button being used but I don’t know how to fix the sampler without the button.
Is there a way to use repair it or use cv2 to fix it?
