Help with monitoring latency?

Mic: blue snowball System: Windows 10
I’ve tried every setting, but still experience a delay in mic monitoring. To the point anymore where I turn monitoring off and single-ear the phones so I don’t go crazy. The track itself plays fine afterwards, but man it would be nice to hear everything in the mix while recording.
Asio4All didn’t work. Thoughts?
