So, I can't quite figure out what I'm doing wrong. -I've downloaded ASIO 4 ALL and i can see all the inputs for the two interfaces in Reaper, and I'm selecting the right inputs, but when I push record nothing happens -It says it's "recording", of course, but the cursor isn't moving anywhere...
I'm on a PC and I have noticed that in the ASIO 4 ALL settings it's only allowing me to select the little "play" icon on one interface. Both interface are highlighted "on", but it's to only allow me to have one little "play" icon highlighted... Could that be the trouble?
Just can't figure what else to do -Everything seems to be checked and in it's proper place...
Hmm...
I "learned" how to do it from this video, if curious: How to Use Multiple Audio Interfaces Simultaneously - Bing video
EDIT -Nevermind. It seems like there is going to be a fair amount of delay and time correction involved and for what I'm doing (live drums), this just ain't gonna but it. Darn -Looks like I'm gonna have to fork over the cash and go with a Tascam Model 24 or Mackie Onyx 24 or similar... Chime in if you know of any alternatives for 16 channels...
