The most common cases from my data pool are older Uncles (55 ) who have fucked their blood related adult Nieces. Their sister's daughters are the most popular which make up the majority of cases in this subset.

Also receive many patients who are older Uncles confessing they have 'extremely strong sexual attraction and urges' toward their blood related adult Nieces asking for 'help'.

Most of my patients are these older White men (55 ) from Southern USA states. Incest is much more common in the South than on the East and West coast. Nieces in the South seem to be more open to it too.

I am also a White Woman from the South. I had sex with my Mom's older brother (Uncle) for the first time when I was 19 at a Wedding party we went to. The Wedding was a few states from where we lived so we had to stay overnight for a few days. It was a non family Wedding so all the other guests were strangers to us. He made sure to keep me company and we became even closer than before. We sat on a long soft couch together and that was when he made his move. First he started to stroke my long blonde hair and tell me how beautiful I was. He then leaned in to kiss my lips. I kissed him back, then after he started kissing my cheeks, neck and shoulders. He then ran his hand up and down my bare legs, then up my dress to my panties. After he started caressing my breasts and kissing them. By then things were getting so intense we suddenly ripped all our clothes off and had sex there and then on that couch.

That was my first sexual experience with my Uncle, and what inspired me to become a professional Psychologist dealing with incest cases.
