Elon Musk shot himself in the foot when he said LiDAR is useless; his cars can’t reliably see anything around them. Meanwhile, everyone is turning to LiDAR and he is too stubborn to admit he was wrong.

We had an 2014 Model S (before they added cameras/radar)... but what sensors do you think it has that is better than a new Tesla? Your car doesn't have Lidar, it has radar but it's been disabled, and it has lower resolution cameras than what's being sold today.
