We all know this "company" is a complete and utter scam dumpster fire.

I know those are tough words for some that have attachments to this "company" or who have a lot invested and lost in the venture.

I know some of these people had good intentions for a greener and more technologically advanced world which is what society and the economy/markets should all be about. That being said NKLA was never going to deliver on either of those fronts. It used those good intentions to funnel "investors" money into board and admins pockets.

Here is the hard reality that those putting their head in the sand need to hear ASAP:

If it dilutes and reverse splits in an attempt to get more capital and to stay on the index this will signal to almost any rational major investor that this is a complete and utter lost cause.

If it gets delisted most major investing groups by their own regulations can not hold it. This will cause a huge loss.

Those are the only two paths it has right now and both lead to HUGE drops.

The reality is that NKLA is going to be delisted and or bankrupt within 2023 or early 2024.

The major indexes going forward need to put in new regulations and safety guards using NKLA as a case study to protect the prestige of the indexes going forward. Additionally all that capital was completely wasted. It could have went to actually achieving a better world and that is a real damn shame.
