VA’s running my $1mm a year business.

I’ve had a great run with VA’s in my business. I was the guy who just couldn’t get it right with photo editing in Vietnam after compounding problems I brought photo editing, video editing in house and hired a ales, admin VA’s. Some of the stuff they are doing is incredible and has given me so much of my time back.
Curious if any of you have found success implementing VA’s. Happy to help in any way I can.
