Is anyone else pulling their hair out over precon builders stiffing us on commissions? It’s like trying to get blood from a stone! Every follow-up feels like a part-time job, but without the paycheck. 🙄
I get it, times are tough, but come on, builders! Do your job and pay what you owe. We’re out here hustling to sell your properties, the least you can do is cut the cheque on time. It's not rocket science.
Honestly, it’s no surprise this industry is going to hell in a handbasket. The lack of professionalism is mind-boggling. Maybe if they spent less on fancy marketing and more on actually paying their agents, we wouldn’t be in this mess. 🤷♂️
Anyone else feeling the same pain? Share your stories (and maybe your tips for actually getting paid)! Let’s get this conversation rolling and hold these builders accountable.
