Any real estate lawyers on here?

I am going to be trying to owner finance (I believe.. or rent to own? Not sure the difference really) the house that we are currently renting. The agreement will not start until April of 2023. I have the documents our landlord gave me, and in all honesty it’s a bit confusing and overwhelming trying to understand. I do not want to get screwed out of the house if we are making payments on it. Is there anyone on here that can/will look ay the documents and give me advice probono?
