Hello everyone!

So I am 27. I own my online Ebay reselling page and do very well. I have been itching to jump into real estate for a while. Read some books and it is was caused for me to go full time as a online reseller.

I make about 80k a year. My question of route is where do I go? What do I do?

In other words, I have seen people either work foe a company or flip homes on their own and/or rent out properties.

It seems very exciting, but with so much info online I think, is it too late to jump on this train?

I'm not afraid of change or crash fail as ebay has given me some experience. I look forward to challenges and would like to aim to make it a full-time career one day and continue to expand into other cash flow ventures.
