Should I sell or hold? Owning a commercial building outright with good cash flow but the tenant wants to buy it
Post Body

They're making me a decent offer so is now the time? I've owned it for 15 years and they've rented it since day one. Since I just retired I thought that the monthly rent is a good annuity for me but now I'm wondering if putting the cash somewhere might be better. We're talking over $500k. I don't want to reinvest it into real estate - at least not now - so what should I do?
