Hello fellow Redditors! I need some advice. I’m living in my (deceased) moms house. I’m still paying the mortgage which has a remaining balance of 89K. I need to move out of the area because it’s getting pretty bad. My plan was to sell the house, find a short term rental, and use the profits from the house to build a new home. Only thing is that, I will personally be building the house. I’m a Jack of all trades so I have the capability of doing so. My question is, should I use a local realtor or should I go with an online company like Zillow or Realtor.com? Also is my plan the best course of action? I have no savings, credit is shot and I have like 30K in CC debt. I figured my plan is the only course of action as I don’t think I’ll be able to get a loan for a new house
