Saw property in mobile home park. 12 units, fell in love paid for background check n told realtor I was putting in my offer.
3 others were looking same time I was there. Realtor stressed 3 different times, that landlord has 1st right of refusal, which I found odd to keep repeating?
Owners of unit were there we chatted, said they wanted quick sale within 2 weeks, fine.
I noticed 2 listings..
1st for $890,000, listing removed.
2nd listing for $25k
Waited, few days to find out few offers higher came in...I offered 25...was told 2 others offered 40k...
I realized they go a take highest offer...
I watched the property for over 2 months, before sold at 40k..to the park owner.
Now...exactly same time the park owners put up the park for sale at $850k, is it possible, the realtor and park owners knew all along he was gona buy it, i traveled few hrs to see it n it definitely was not worth the 40k.
**$850 40k= 890k original listing that was taken down ,odd coincidence?
Why list it and waste people's time,is this common, legal?
