Mobile home loan % so high?!
Post Body
So weāre looking to get a mobile home. Something livable and affordable for a few years before we can get into something stickbuilt. The problem is, Vanderbilt wants our rate to be 11%! Apt 11.25%! Are there any cheaper companies out there???
*I donāt want to hear any ādonāt do mobileā stuff. We canāt afford 200k right now.
