Cash Buyers / Wholesalers Dont Want House Listed With Realtor

Hello alll!

Looking to sell my house. Its currently listed with a realtor. I get daily calls asking about the house from cash buyers that will cover all closing costs, etc etc.

Only thing is they I tell them its currently listed and I'm working with a realtor they completely shut down and dont want to speak anymore.

I understand the reasoning for this now and its because they dont want to factor in my agent's cost and what not.

Is there any way to work with a realtor and still make something like this work? What has been your experience with this?
