Financing Fell Through
Post Body

A little bummed as buyers financing fell through. This is my starter home but a lot has happened since I bought it like marriage and such and it was time to move on.

Put on the market end of May and immediately that morning we had showings and the next day 2x offers.

We accepted the one offer. I had an appraisal done and that's the price was set it at, buyers offered 2k over and we weren't being greedy we were happy to move along and let next family in.

Financing fell through today and we're bummed. We wanted to eliminate our debt and keep the rest for when we could buy together (first home I bought while single)

This is Orlando area and I don't know how to read all the graphs and such everyone else does but all I read on the news is recession and bubble. So I'm afraid it's gonna be out of reach for us at this point.
