Prices falling!

Any one noticing prices starting to fall. Iām in the Tampa market and have been keeping a close eye the local market which has been red hot the last couple of years. I think Iām finally seeing the prices start to drop. Any one else noticing this trend. Also any one else In the Tampa market that could validate this for me. My years of patience may have just payed off it I time it correctly
