Refinance Help
Post Body

I’m in the middle of a refinance through Emortgage, everything so far has been perfect, we have not closed yet, we are doing a cash out refinance, and we had to get our roof replaced, which has already been done but the cost is coming from the new mortgage company in our payout. Which is fine, up until today I get a new disclosure packet from the soon to be new mortgage company and they’ve tacked on an extra 85k in charges and closing fees. Making our mortgage payment almost $600 more than the quote we signed for. What can I do to fix this. Do I have a leg to stand on or did I just get scammed and now I’m screwed?
