A couple months ago I purchased a residence in a more rural area that is not my primary home. Besides all the usual junk mail, I’ve received 2 random texts from local numbers asking if I’d like to sell the property and one phone call from someone saying something will be delivered to my address that is theirs. I’m used to my fair share of scammers but is this typical? No one has given their name yet they know mine, my phone # and address. Honestly, purchasing a home has been such a shady fucking process, buying is such a twisted necessary evil. Renting is so easy.
