Hello, I’m looking for some help here so property in Dallas,Tx is my fathers under my grandmas name who is originally from Mexico she has all documentation and is a citizen she’s almost 85 wanting to move back home. This house I live in with my family I am currently employeed with not the best credit (500s low credit card charge offs) is there anyway for me to get some equity out this house to reinvest into a duplex and to remodel? Anything helps thanks
